Returns and Refund Policy

Are returns or exchanges allowed?

Due to COVID-19 and our commitment to customer well-being, we cannot accept returns or exchanges at this time. All sales are final. We appreciate your understanding.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any damage, defects, or incorrect items, contact us immediately at sloanwadeprod@gmail.com. Your item must be returned within 10 days of delivery. Ensure the item is unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

What if my item is the wrong size or color?

We do not offer returns or exchanges on items due to incorrect sizing or changes in color selected by the customer, etc. Kindly ensure that you utilize our sizing charts. If you have any uncertainties regarding sizing, please reach out to us via email at sloanwadeprod@gmail.com prior to making a purchase.

Are returns allowed on sale items or gift cards?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All final sale items are non-returnable.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

We process, verify, and ship orders within 5-10 business days. For any shipping delays, please contact us at sloanwadeprod@gmail.com if your order has not arrived after 7 days.

How is shipping cost determined?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout after adding items to your cart.

What happens if my item is undeliverable?

If an item is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address provided, a change of address prior to shipment, etc.), the customer will cover reshipment costs. Please verify your address before order processing.

Delivery Discrepancies

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Once a package leaves our facility and a tracking number is issued, the shipping courier assumes responsibility. Poppin Prosecco is not liable for lost or stolen items. Please contact the courier for assistance with lost packages.
