Returns and Refund Policy

It is our firm belief that you will adore your items to the same extent that we do. Our team ensures the accuracy of every order you place. Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time due to COVID-19 and our strong commitment to our customers' well-being. All sales are final. No refunds.

Damages and Issues

It is imperative that you inspect your order carefully upon receipt. Please let us know right away if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item so that we can investigate the matter and rectify it. Please note: The item must be returned within 10 days of your item being delivered.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on items due to incorrect sizing or changes in color selected by the customer, etc. Kindly ensure that you utilize our sizing charts. If you have any uncertainties regarding sizing, please reach out to us via email at sloanwadeprod@gmail.com prior to making a purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return due to issues listed above, you can contact us at sloanwadeprod@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If an item is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address provided, a change of address prior to shipment, etc.), the customer will bear the shipping costs for reshipment. Please verify that your mailing address is accurate prior to order processing. The item will be dispatched solely to the address you specified during the ordering process.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. NO RETURNS ALLOWED ON ANY FINAL SALE ITEMS. There are no exceptions.
