Poppin Prosecco takes immense pleasure in offering swift shipping, excellent customer service, and high-quality products to its customers. All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 5-10nbusiness days or sooner.

How Much Is Shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. You can see a list of Shipping Method options and their prices on the Checkout page after you have added items to your cart.  

If you have not received your order after 7 days, please contact us at sloanwadeprod@gmail.com. Let us know about your delayed shipment, and we will make every effort to ensure that your product is received. We may also ask that you wait a couple more days to receive your order. 

Delivery Discrepancies

After packages depart from our facility and a tracking number is issued to the customer, the shipping courier assumes responsibility for the package's delivery. Sidney Sloan Holdings, LLC, operating as Poppin Prosecco, Merch for Wine Lovers, disclaims liability for items not received by the customer. The customer is responsible for contacting the courier to inquire about the status of their package or file any claims related to issues with the package receipt.
